2. The Ceremonial Act

- 125 years Gymnasium Steglitz: On April 1st the Gymnasium celebrated its 125 year existence with a great ceremonial act in the Henry-Ford-Building of the FU Berlin. More than 800 guests were welcomed by the headmistress Mrs. Dr. Stein-Kramer in the Audimax of the universaty. Günther Jauch presented the program, which was prepared by dedicated and former students, as always, in a very heartwarming way. The main speech was held by Mr. Prof. Dr. h.c. Markschies, who is a former student of Gymnasium Steglitz as well. It was a celebration act, you have never seen before. Every part of the programm was a highlight. There was the choir, the amazing violin-concert of two students of our school, the presentation of our self-produced movie especially made for this day, and the impressive speech of the head of our student council. Summed up, it was a successful celebration, and we are already excited about our next anniversary. Thanks to all participants!

3. You can buy the booklet about the last 125 years of our school in the school office. It costs 18 Euro. The School Office is open from 9am to 2pm.
